We consider quality control to be one of the most important aspects to our business. With our uncompromising quality control monitoring, we have implemented quality control measures at various stages of our production and operation processes in the effort to produce excellent quality RBD oil products. These measures seek to ensure that the quality of our products satisfy the expectations of our customers and achieve industry standards.
Our quality control starts at the bottom of the supply chain. Crude coconut, palm and other raw materials received are subject to strict quality inspection and testings. We have invested in state-of-the-art and the latest models of laboratory equipment and apparatus available in the market, as well as competent personnels to carry out quality control tests and inspections quickly at high levels of accuracy and reliability. Documented procedures and work instructions, as well as quality systems are in place to check the quality of the supplies received, the raw materials being processed, the storage of raw materials and finished products and the distribution of our products which our quality control staff must comply.
We have achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for our refinery plant and we are complying with the guidelines of cGMP. We intend to obtain ISO 22000 certification as well. All our RBD oils have also complied with HALAL requirements according to Islamic Law.
